A Star: Invoicing System 2006

This software has been designed for a carpet and floor coverings company but can be adapted for any business. The main advantages are:

Below is the invoice Summary Page.

The Invoices are listed with the latest ones at the top.
Double clicking on any invoice will bring up the Invoice Details Page.
From here You can also select the Customer Details Page. You can also Add a new invoice or Delete an existing invoice.
You can also enter the Payment Date so that you can chase up any unpaid invoices.

On the Invoice screen itself, you add details of the invoice.
All invoices have a unique serial number generated automatically and duplicate invoices can be produced at any time.
VAT and the total are calculated automatically. There are options for VAT exempt items, to exclude VAT (NET), or price inclusive of VAT.

The Invoice can then be displayed as shown below. If changes are required the above form can be edited and a modified invoice produced.

The invoice can then be printed. Alternatively, a copy can be emailed as a pdf file.

Reports
A summary report can also be produced for any date period. This is useful for VAT returns, cashflow etc.

Summary
This system is ideal for the small business producing professional invoices for the minimum of effort.

Technical
The system is run in Access XP or above. If you do not have Access, a run time only version can be supplied free of charge.

The cost includes changing the Invoice Layout to look as close as possible to your current Letterhead / Invoices and installation within the M25 Area + 6 months telephone support.

Other minor changes to cover your business can also be incorporated.
